Blackbutt Honey

Blackbutt Honey is medium to dark in colour – A thick and rich honey with a full bodied flavour similar to golden syrup with a butterscotch taste.

Raw, unfiltered and unprocessed, collected by our bees on sites in the Gingin and Pinjar regions, Western Australia. Scientific tree name – Eucalyptus Patens.
