Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
If you feel the product is faulty, please email info@planetrevive.com.au withing 24 hours of receiving the product, along with a photo of the original packaging and the product, so we can determine how the product was damaged. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, water exposure, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our refund policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact. If seals appear to be tampered with or broken on receipt of your returned product, we will not be able to honour a refund. Menstrual pads and breast pads cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of heart or incorrect sizing as this poses a potential hygiene risk. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure your take the time to carefully select the correct size before purchasing. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping charges are to be incurred by the customer for any refund. If you need to return a product, send us an email at info@planetrevive.com.au within24 hours of receiving the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
