You may be required to create an account with Eco Options to purchase goods from sellers on our platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.

 

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

 

3.1 Accuracy of Listings

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions and images of the products listed on Eco Options. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free or complete.

 

3.2 Price and Availability

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Sellers determine the prices of their goods, and these may fluctuate from time to time.

 

4.1 Order Acceptance

When you place an order on Eco Options, this constitutes an offer to buy the product. Sellers have the right to accept or reject your order. A contract of sale exists between you and the Seller once the Seller confirms your order.

 

4.2 Payment

You must provide valid payment details at the time of placing your order. Payment is processed through our platform on behalf of the Seller. We may decline to process any transaction for any reason.

 

4.3 Order Cancellations

Sellers may cancel your order if the product is unavailable or if there are other reasons preventing fulfilment. In such cases, you will be notified, and your payment will be refunded.

 

5.1 Shipping and Handling

Delivery times are determined by the Seller and vary depending on location and availability of products. Sellers are responsible for shipping and handling your order.

5.2 Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, you should first contact the Seller. If the issue is unresolved, you can contact Eco Options, and we will assist in mediating between you and the Seller to resolve the issue. 

 

6.1 Seller’s Return Policy

Each Seller on Eco Options is responsible for establishing their own return, refund, and exchange policies. You should review these policies before making a purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must contact the seller directly. 

 

6.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed directly by the Seller, and not by Eco Options. Any refund requests will be directed to the Seller according to their refund policy. Eco Options is not responsible for processing any refunds or for refunding any fees incurred through the use of the platform. 

 

6.3 Marketplace Fees

When a refund is processed, any marketplace fees incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded by Eco Options.

 

7.1 Dispute Process

If there is a payment dispute, please contact the seller directly. Each seller has their own individual dispute policies written on their shop front. If you cannot come to a resolution after many attempts, then Eco Options may act as a mediator to facilitate communication and attempt to reach a resolution if needed. This will depend on the situation and will be decided on a case by case basis.

 

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or engage in any activity that could harm Eco Options or other users. This includes but is not limited to:

 

•Fraudulent activity

•Misrepresentation of identity

•Interfering with other users’ use of the Website

•Using the platform to distribute spam or malicious content

 

Eco Options provides the platform for buyers and sellers to interact and transact. We are not a party to the transactions between you and the Seller, and we do not guarantee the quality or legality of products sold. Eco Options shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the sale of products by Sellers, except as required by law.

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our Website. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Perth, Western, for any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of our platform.
