Shipping Policy
Fulfillment takes 1-4 business days but I will strive to send your order ASAP. Orders are sent using either courier or Australia Post to ensure the fastest, most cost effective and safest way for your goodies to arrive on your doorstep. Orders may take a few days after fulfillment to be physically picked up due to Courier/Australia Post missed pick up requests.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products you may return them for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund your products must match the following criteria: You have purchased the item within the last 28 days The product has been returned in its original condition including packaging and tags. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards Please email lilbit@lilbit.com.au We do not cover postage unless the item is faulty. If you believe an item is faulty – please contact Liz at lilbit@lilbit.com.au and provide photos or video of the issue. Please allow 3 business days from receiving the return to be issued your refund which will be refunded using the original payment method.
