Shipping Policy
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is $15AUD flat rate Australia Wide and $20AUD flat rate New Zealand wide. Express shipping is available in Australia only and is $22AUD flat rate. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse on Central Coast, NSW via Australia Post. Orders will be posted out on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. You will receive an email with order confirmation and shipping information including tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website. You can expect your delivery to arrive within 2-6 business days (excluding public holidays) from day of dispatch. These times are estimates only and we do our best to meet these timelines. We do not accept responsibility if delivery falls outside of these estimates. During busy promotional or sale periods and annual holidays (i.e. Christmas) order dispatches may be delayed due to additional volumes of orders. EXPRESS SHIPPING If you require your order urgently, please select 'express shipping' at checkout (Australia only). Please note that when selecting express shipping items will be dispatched on Tuesday or Friday. You can expect your delivery to arrive within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays) from day of dispatch for metro areas and 2-5 business days for regional areas.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase you may be eligible for a refund or exchange to the value of the original purchase price (excluding postage costs). To be eligible for a refund or exchange: - You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product/s. - You must return your product/s within 30 days of purchase. - Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. - You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return or if you have any questions you can contact us at info@mindfulmealtime.com.au Please state the reason for return, include photos in the email and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. Returns will be accepted if the product/s you received are defective or damaged upon delivery or you received the incorrect product/s. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package to return within 30 days of purchase date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Non-returnable products Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or colour variations of products. Please note: Colours of products displayed on your computer screen may vary from the actual colour of the products received. Stainless steel products may have small scratches and/or blemishes that have occurred during the manufacturing process. We do our best to check every product to ensure your order is acceptable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
