Shipping Policy
We offer Complimentary Shipping Across Australia. Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivery times on average take 5-10 days within Australia. We use compostable mailers for our packaging during shipment. This means that each bag is environmentally friendly, dissolvable and will be gone within 90 days when disposed of.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
If you need to return or exchange any product due to it being faulty, you can email us at hello@nakheel.com.au within 7 days from purchase with photos of the issue. Please do ensure that the product hasn’t been used or washed. Kindly retain the original packing and invoice for any return or exchange. We will arrange for a return and should you wish to replace we will send the replaced item at no extra cost
