Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on purchases. Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can issue a replacement if the item is deemed faulty, defective or incorrect within 1-2 business days. Please email your order number and issue along with a photograph of the problem to info@nourishedskinco.com.au and we will respond within 24 hours.
