Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Cancellations 14 days prior to event day will be refunded the $100 deposit. Cancellations within 7-14 days will not be refunded the $100 deposit. Cancellations within 1-6 days will forfeit all payments for perishable items and 50% of the booking fees. Wet Weather Policy: If rain or strong winds are forecast 72 hours before the picnic, it can be moved indoors or rescheduled once. All perishable items already purchased must be paid in full.
