RETURNS POLICY We don’t accept returns for incorrect colour choices or change of mind if the tamper seal is damaged or the product has been used or opened in any way. To avoid disappointment with colour matching, we recommend visiting your local Scoop Wholefoods store to find the right colour match or to purchase a tester which are available for the powder and liquid foundation products on our website. FAULTY ITEMS When you receive your order, please inspect goods for fault and notify us immediately if there are any issues. We will not accept claims of faults or damages 7 days after the item has been delivered. Our Packing Team do their best to ensure that all products are of a high quality and perfect condition when they leave our warehouse, but if you receive a defective item please email our customer service team at scoopwholebeauty@gmail.com with relevant information and images attached. Faulty items must be returned not considerably depleted and proof of purchase must be identifiable. Return postage costs for faulty items will be paid for or reimbursed by Scoop Wholefoods Pty Ltd. A refund for faulty goods will be issued and received within 7-10 days after the delivery has been received back to our warehouse. We will send an email confirmation once it has been approved by our customer care team. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit, and suggest using a traceable method for peace of mind. Please retain proof of postage until we’ve confirmed that your return has been processed.
